The greatest job satisfaction comes from service to the public and for the public. If you work only for yourself, the satisfaction is limited only to yourself. But if you work dedicatedly for the public, you would enjoy very much, knowing the fact that your work has benefitted a larger number of people than own self and you will see your effort is much worthwhile and in many cases being appreciated. So, my advice is, dedicate some of your life time for public service, and you will notice the positive difference in yourself.
