Can we have giant vacuum cleaner to soak up pollutants in the air, so as to clean the air? Is it possible? Anybody ever heard about this idea? Your comments, please..

Since sea level is rising due to global warming and this could pose problem to mankind in the near future. However, we could actually turn this potential problem to solution, right? Can we use the sea water as a new construction material? Yes, in theory so far, so aspiring civil & ocean engineers may need to do research to turn this idea into reality. If you have billions of dollar, would you built a USD 1 billion dollars house like the Indian's Reliance billionaire, Mr Ambani does, who develops The Antilia, or do something else better? If you ask me, I would use the money to buy a huge piece of land or an island and built my own government. With billions of dollars ploughed into the economy, I shall develop it as one of the most advanced nation in the world. What is your take?
